We'll create and maintain a chart of accounts to capture all of your financial transactions, provide the right information to manage your business and prepare federal, state and local tax returns.

Bank Reconciliation

Our bank reconciliation services ensure that every deposit and withdrawal aligns with entries into your accounting records. This enables us to identify lost deposits, lost checks, unauthorized transactions and inappropriate bank fees.

Financial Statement Prep

We can prepare a complete set of financial statements to help you assess the health of your business. This package includes:

  • A Balance Sheet that gives you a snapshot of your overall financial condition at month, quarter, and/or year end.

  • An Income Statement (a.k.a. Profit and Lost Statement) that summarizes revenues, expenses, and net profits so you can assess the operating performance of your business.

  • A Cash Flow Statement that shows how changes in your balance sheet and income statement affect your available cash.

  • Estimated Tax Liabilities: These are an essential resource when dealing with Creditors (e.g., vendors, banks) and investors.

Pricing

Sole Proprietor ($750/ Month) includes: Monthly bookkeeping, monthly financial reports, business tax preparation, personal tax preparation and month-to-month contract.

Business ($1500/Month) includes: Monthly bookkeeping, monthly financial reports, business tax preparation, personal tax preparation and month-to-month contract.

Business Plus ($2500/Month) includes: Monthly bookkeeping, monthly financial reports, business tax preparation, personal tax preparation, month-to-month contract, payroll (1-300 employees), 1099 and W-2 preparation.

Catch-Up Bookkeeping: $150/Month for Sole Proprietor, $250/Month for LLC.

Business Tax Return: $300-$600 (Prices vary depending on prep work for completion.)

Individual Tax Return: $75 and Up (Prices vary depending on prep work for completion, includes MI Filing Fee.)
